Gold Medal Vanilla Waf-A-Kone Mix is a dry mix that is reconstituted with water. In periods of high humidity, it may be necessary to bake the mix for a few seconds longer. Store dry mix at room temperature of 75 degrees F or less. Will work with all waffle cone irons!

Preparation: Measure 40oz of clean water into mixing container. Pour in contents of one 5LB bag of mix. Using a wire whip, mix until completely dissolved. Rest batter for 10 minutes. Ladle desired amount (usually 2.5oz) on waffle iron grid, close the lid, and bake for 1 to 1.5 minutes.
Storage: Store in climate control temperature until ready to mix.
