Preparation: Measure 8 cups of clean water into mixing container. Pour in contents of one 5LB bag of mix. Using a wire whip, mix until smooth. Gradually add 3-4 cups more water while blending to uniform batter. Rest batter for 10 minutes. Ladle desired amount on waffle iron grid, close the lid, and bake for 4 minutes.
Storage: Store in climate control temperature until ready to mix.
