Cobatco Vanilla Waffle Cone Mix is a dry mix that is reconstituted with water. No additives are used to ensure crispness. In periods of high humidity, it may be necessary to bake the mix for a few seconds longer. Store dry mix at refrigerated temperature of 40 degrees F or less. Will work with any waffle cone iron!

Instructions:
Preparation: Measure 5-5.67 cups of clean water into mixing container. Pour in contents of one bag of mix. Using a wire whip or electric mixer, stir slowly for approximately one minute, or until completely dissolved. Ladle desired amount (usually 2oz) on waffle iron grid, close the lid, and bake for 50-60 seconds.
Storage: Store in climate control temperature until ready to mix.
