Polar Peter concentrate is an excellent product for slush base, and can be diluted to make simple syrup. To make simple syrup, diltue one gallon Polar Pete Concentrate Base with 5 gallons clean, hot water. Mix thoroughly, and cool. Store at room temperature, or refrigeration for longer shelf life!

Instructions:
Fresh Squeezed Lemonade Recipe (16oz): Prepare simple syrup as described above. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into cup. Add 2-3 oz prepared simple syrup, ice, and cold water. Shake well and serve.
Yield: Each gallon will produce 6 gallons simple syrup when mixed 5 to 1 with water.
