John Hungerford Smith Chocolate Cone Coating Dip is a heat-and-serve, chocolate sauce for dipping softserve ice cream on a cone or adding flavor to milk shakes. Pipe the softserve ice cream onto the cone, invert the cone and dip the ice cream into the chocolate. One you remove it, the chocolate sauce will harden on the ice cream and create a crunchy chocolate shell. Purchase by the case, or individual #10 can.

Instructions:
Preparation: This is a heat and serve product. Remove lid and label and place in a warmer set at 100 degrees (F). Allow to preheat 1.5 hours or until thoroughly melted; serve at 95 to 105 degrees (F), stirring between each serving and dip.
Storage: Cover and store at room temperature. Refrigeration may cause condensation in the product.
